How The Cleared Network Helps
“ClearanceJobs is my number 1, go-to job board,” said Gary Goss recruiting manager, ProSol. “I look there first, after I look in our internal applicant tracking pool.”
The Cleared Network helps Goss find candidates who are willing to relocate, by targeted groups specific to individuals willing to relocate to different locations. He also uses a special feature on the Cleared Network called ‘Happy Hour’ to reach out to talent. Each Tuesday from 3-4 PM, Happy Hour on the Cleared Network allows employers to make unlimited connections with candidates. Goss calls it ‘prime time’ to find and connect with candidates who are actively searching.
“About 80-85 percent of our cleared candidates come from ClearanceJobs,” said Goss. His company recently cut all other job boards and, so far, have been able to source all of their open positions using ClearanceJobs and its sister company, Dice.
