Who can register to attend?

Registration is currently limited to the first 150 responses and priority will be given to current ClearanceJobs customers and invited guests.

Want to become a customer? Request a Demo

How much does it cost to attend?

Nothing! We’re launching our first ClearanceJobs Connect conference as a FREE opportunity. If demand increases for 2022, we may charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of attendance.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Uh, of course – and cocktails! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are all included with your registration. And a special networking happy hour from 4-5 you won’t want to miss!

Do I have to attend the full day?

Due to limited registration, we’re asking those who RSVP to commit to the full day where possible. Life happens, but this is a day of networking you won’t want to miss.

Is there a virtual option?

We will not be offering a virtual option, in order to maximize participation and engagement on site. But highlights of sessions will be made available on-demand after the event, so if you can't attend in-person, stay tuned to see select sessions.

What's the cancellation policy?

If you find you are unable to attend, please email editor@clearancejobs.com. Cancellations closer than 48 hours to the event that aren't due to illness may bar the attendee from future ClearanceJobs Connect events.

Where can I park?

There are two parking garages that we suggest using.

1) Park directly at the Hyatt Regency.

2) Park at the nearby Reston Town Center.

What is the dress code?

Casual/Business Casual - wear what you feel comfortable in for a day of learning and networking. Pants required; Zoom shirt optional. :)

COVID-19 Protocols

Face Mask & Coverings

Following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, face masks or coverings may be required in hotel indoor public areas and when moving around in outdoor areas at the Hyatt Regency. You must agree to abide by all ClearanceJobs and Hyatt safety protocols, follow applicable safety precautions.

Public areas may include hotel lobbies, elevators, meetings and events spaces when guests are not seated. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages, guests who are seated outdoors and socially distant, meetings and events guests who are seated and socially distant.

In addition to Hyatt health and safety measure, ClearanceJobs Connect will be held in an oversized ballroom where attendees will have ample opportunity to social distance.

Vaccination Policy

We are looking forward to seeing you at the first ever in-person ClearanceJobs Connect 2021. We are taking steps to make certain this year’s event is safe and healthy. Full vaccination will be required to attend the in-person event at the Hyatt Regency in Reston, VA. Proof of vaccination may be required. If you're unvaccinated, we invite you to enjoy the sessions on-demand after the event.
