ClearanceJobs Tags is a powerful tool ready for you to make your own. Tags can be easily created to organize cleared candidates instantly. Then, search for candidates that are assigned a specific Tag, create a Workflow, or send a Broadcast Message to tagged candidates effortlessly. ClearanceJobs is here to make all of your teamwork dreams... work.

Up the ante by creating Recruiter Teams that assign specific recruiters to teams you create. Then, create and associate relevant Tags to those teams. The selected recruiters will then be able to view and use the Tags assigned within that team.

See Tags placed on a specific candidate's profile by yourself, or by your recruiting team.

View your Tags in blue and shared Tags in orange within Candidate Search.

Target candidates with Broadcast Messages filtered by Tags created by you.

With cleared recruiting, time is always of the essence. Shared Tags allows your team to work smarter, not harder, and pipeline candidates with a more streamlined approach.

Tags are shareable across custom teams, selected by the Tag creator. Create a powerful pipeline through the use of Tags, and target candidates through Broadcast Messages and Workflow, by using the Tag system your team builds — together.

Create unique recruiting teams that include the members you need to see assigned shared Tags.

Create Tags, slide the Shareable toggle, and select the Recruiter Team the Tag should be assigned to.

Manage your Tags and shared Tags (just toggle the highlighter menu) easily.
