“We use ClearanceJobs to find cleared talent in the industry, to fill our jobs, and we also use it to spread brand awareness,” said Kristin Lee, digital media specialist at ManTech.
ManTech recently filmed a video profile with ClearanceJobs. A videographer, producer and ClearanceJobs editor visited ManTech to spend a half-day filming at ManTech’s offices. They interviewed current employees and leaders, and shot b-roll across a variety of locations to provide a behind the scenes look at what a career at ManTech is truly like.
“The video profile process was really easy and smooth and fun,” said Lee. After the shoot, ManTech received the finished products to promote across their social media sites. ClearanceJobs also marketed the three videos across their social media channels and news site. The media blitz didn’t just help attract new candidates to ManTech, it helped introduce them to a better quality, more career minded candidate.
“Since the video release, we’ve seen a bump in traffic on our site, as well as better quality people that we’re seeing visit our website. We’re also seeing more people interested in our jobs,” said Lee.
“We think it’s because they got an insight into what our culture’s like, and that made them more interested in pursuing a career with ManTech.”
In an industry where much of the work happens behind closed doors (or inside a SCIF), being able to give candidates a first-hand connection to the company and its mission can be the key to increasing brand awareness and building candidate connection.
