However, our Sourcing Services team focuses on a broad range of positions within the cleared industry, but also non-cleared roles, including software and hardware development, infrastructure and systems administration, project management and analysis, executive talent, and more.

Our in-house, US-based team has an average of 16 years in the cleared recruiting space and consists of a Talent Manager to create the strategic direction and oversee implementation, a Project Manager to implement the strategy and monitor results and a Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing and phone screening.

Our recruiting team creates a customized hiring strategy and comprehensive marketing campaign based on your specific recruiting needs. We analyze nearly 20 years of cleared specific labor market data from ClearanceJobs, as well as labor market data from 3rd party partners, to power our data-driven approach to recruit through our internal and external sources. Examples of sources include social media, targeted email, passive sourcing, and robust networks developed by our in-house recruitment team.

The average project length is 45 to 60 days, however, we’ll work with you to address your specific needs and requirements.

We have a flat-fee model that allows you to hire as many candidates as you choose at no extra cost in order to build a pipeline of quality cleared talent.
