Altamira is currently seeking data engineers, data scientists, GIS analysts, system administrators, and software engineers, among other positions.
Altamira is constantly looking for candidates in the government contracting arena, who are also cleared.
"My company uses ClearanceJobs in every capacity that it has available. We source candidates, we post positions, we attend job fairs...the majority of our hires that are non-referral do come from ClearanceJobs," says Caroline McConnell, who has been familiar with ClearanceJobs for over ten years.
McConnell has found ClearanceJobs to be a great resource for seeking cleared candidates. She says, "We have dropped pretty much every job board to focus on ClearanceJobs."
She continues, "I think if you're in government contracting and you're not already using ClearanceJobs, you're already behind. There are some other vendors that have "cleared" in the name or who otherwise tout that but I have not seen the same success level. And if you go out to some of the other job boards you're just not going to find the cleared talent. Where they [cleared talent] goes is ClearanceJobs."
