A. Events are typically around 3 hours long, usually falling between 12:00pm-3:00pm EST.
A. You have access to all registrants and their info as soon as you are signed in to Brazen as a booth rep.  We will send out registration lists to all booth owners 24-48 hours before an event, and then again after the event. Resumes will be sent to booth owners 24 hours post event.
A. Signing up 4-6 weeks in advanced guarantees inclusion in marketing efforts. After 14 days, no new clients can be added to an event.
A. 84% of our candidates take the next step following events.

A. Every conversation (chat, voice, and video) are secured by 1:1 engagement. Text based chats are the only form of chat that is saved and stored on the Brazen platform. You will have access to these chat transcripts 6 months post event.

Companies can attach the chat history and email themselves through the platform.  Booth reps are the only people that have access to their text-based transcripts. No other rep can access the transcripts of their colleagues. 

Audio and video-based chats are not recorded.
